We proudly ship from our U.S. warehouse to customers across:

We also offer global delivery for verified wholesale buyers and B2B clients.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

• Retail Orders: 1–2 business days for processing.
• Wholesale Orders: 3–5 business days (depends on volume and product availability).
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) are processed the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL to ensure reliable delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• USA (Domestic): 2–6 business days
• Canada: 5–10 business days
• Europe & UK: 7–14 business days
• Japan & Australia: 10–15 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, or unforeseen courier delays.

4. Shipping Costs

• U.S. Orders: Free shipping on orders over $100.
• International Orders: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.
• Wholesale Orders: Shipping rates vary by order size and preferred freight option (air/sea).

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can also track your order anytime through your Fashion Power account dashboard or using the carrier’s tracking link.

If your tracking number isn’t active within 48 hours, please contact our support team for assistance.

6. Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship in separate packages to ensure faster delivery and product availability.
You’ll receive separate tracking details for each shipment.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders (outside the U.S.), import duties, customs fees, or local taxes may apply.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination country.

Please check with your local customs office for details before placing an order.

8. Delays or Lost Packages

We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but once your order is handed over to the courier, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, customs, or logistics issues.

If your order seems delayed or lost:

• Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number
• Or email us at support@fashionpower.us — we’ll help you locate your package quickly

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or incomplete:

• Report it to us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include photos of the packaging and product
• We’ll investigate and resolve it promptly with a replacement or refund as applicable

10. Wholesale Shipping & Freight Options

For wholesale or bulk buyers, we offer:

• Air & Sea Freight options
• Custom packing and labeling
• Warehouse pickup (U.S. only)
