Return and Refund Policy

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, our hassle-free Return & Refund Policy ensures you can shop with total confidence.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

✅ Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
✅ Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
✅ Return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
✅ The product must be purchased directly from fashionpower.us

Note: Items marked “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Custom Order” are not eligible for return or refund.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these simple steps:

1. Email our support team at info@fashionpower.us with your order number and reason for return

2. Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number

3. Securely pack your item(s) and include your RA number inside the package

Unauthorized returns without an RA number may be delayed or rejected.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• For U.S. customers: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

• For international customers: Return shipping and any customs duties are non-refundable.

• If your return is approved due to a manufacturer defect or wrong item, we’ll cover the shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned package, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

✅ Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method
✅ You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued
✅ Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the funds

Refunds do not include original shipping charges unless the return is due to a product error on our part.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for your preferred item.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@fashionpower.us with clear photos of:

• The damaged or defective area

• The packaging and label

• Your order invoice

We will review your case and send a replacement or full refund immediately at no extra cost.

7. Wholesale Returns

Wholesale orders are subject to separate return conditions due to volume and customization.
Please contact our B2B Support Team at sales@fashionpower.us for return approval, restocking details, or replacement assistance.

Unauthorized wholesale returns or late return requests may not be accepted.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Clearance or promotional items

• Intimates, underwear, and swimwear

• Customized or private-label designs

• Gift cards or store credit vouchers

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

1. Recheck your bank account or credit card statement

2. Contact your payment provider (it may take a few days for refunds to post)

3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please email info@fashionpower.us for assistance
